Fourth time around. I'm grateful for Sherrill's class pulling it all together. I've passed all parts except Tax. I'll hold off on studying Tax til we meet in 25. So much could change before then. My biggest challenge is the manual calculations on 1031 and 453. I am remaking flash cards and updating my study notes. My favorite place to study is at the beach with the calm of the waves rolling in.
